Hay,
To wipe out everything on your computer is to Format it and to do this on your E-machine,follow this instructions.
First, check if its set up in RAID O configuration and you have your recovery disc, if it is, then all you have to do is watch the screen when it boots up for you to hit the F1 or F11 function keys which would you the option of a destructive or non-destructive format and you choose the non-destructive and simply follow the instructions.
Second,if its set up in Windows, then you need to get the Windows operating system CD and put in the CD drive of your machine, Restart your computer and press any key to boot from the CD,Click Install when you see the install dialogue box and enter your product key when prompted, click 'next',accept the licence agreement, click 'next' again,Click 'custom' when asked the type of installation, click on the emachine hard drive and select the format button and the entire hard drive is formatted.Click "Next" and Windows is reinstalled on the computer. Follow the onscreen instructions after the computer restarts to complete the installation. Once installed, your eMachines T5010 is completely reformatted and returned to the state it was in when you first purchased it.

If you are wanting to wipe the laptop, then I suggest DBAN.

1. Download the .ISO from here. http://www.dban.org/
2. Burn it to CD
3. Boot the CD on the computer that you want to format.
4. Once DBAN has loaded, type "autonuke" and press return to start the program.
5. DBAN will wipe the data from all disks attached to the computer.

It occured problem that cannot open it windows and atomatically shut down and repeated again and again

This normally happens if the operating system has become currupted. Your best bet is to do a factory restore (wipe the computer) and start over. This of course will wipe out any information on the computer you have added.

Computer was wiped and I am trying to also figure out how to get a boot disc from toshiba. it was never with the computer to begin with.

you don't need a start up disk from toshiba. A regular Windows instalation CD/DVD is enough. If your computer was wiped, there's a chance the Toshiba startup disk will not start either.
If you use an OEM version of your Windows (have a windows key sticker on your laptop), then download an OEM Toshiba version. Use this LINK for more information.
When you have the Windows CD, you just need to repartition the disk and reinstall windows.

When did you get this? If you have no data, just wipe and start over. If not, you could take the HDD out of the computer and connect it to another computer through USB (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812232002) and get all your data, then wipe and start over with a fresh install.

How do you wipe the compaq presario m2000

I'm not sure if you are wiping it to start over or to sell/give away.

Many newer machines have a Recovery Partition, usually your "D:" drive.

Access the System Recovery partition from the Start-All Programs-System Recovery-System Recovery Menu. Following the prompts will allow you to reformat the computer and reinstall the operating system and all software as it came from the factory. From that point, if you don't want any of the factory junk, you'll need to uninstall it yourself.

If the Recovery partition is missing, (usually a D: drive) , then you'll need to have the original Recovery discs which were created when the computer was new.

If you simply want to wipe it, use a disk wiping tool. Many hard drive wipers, cleaners or shredders can be downloaded at no cost. Visit Downloads.com to search for these programs that are designed to wipe your hard drive. Once you have downloaded a disk wiping program, install it on your computer. Each program will have a unique graphical user interface (GUI) and directions for use. Follow the directions for your selected disk wiping tool and run the program to wipe your hard drive. The program will make sure that all files and data have been completely erased by overwriting the entries multiple times.
