I have a Frigidaire Range Model fef363sgwa and it is sometimes giving an F1 code and other times when you turn it on, it tries to go into clean mode. Any ideas on what is most likely part to replace.

When turning oven on there is a beeping sound and error code F1

Most of the answers are correct, the EOC (Electronic Oven Control) is either damaged or shorted. I've also seen the F1 code come up on the version 2 and 3 units when the temperature probe was shorted. But most likely your EOC is damaged and needs to be replaced. Since you didn't give us a model number we can't give you any more info. Good luck

Frigidaire flashing F1

Hello wills_amber - Typically, error code F1 indicates that the range has detected a runaway temperature issue (overheating). Try reprogramming the range by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and if the error code does not clear, I would recommend contacting a professional to proceed further. Most likely the EOC (electronic oven control) on the range will need replacing.

Frigidaire Self-Cleaning Oven Model FEF353BFW and F1 Error Code.

I just had the same problem! If I ever see that f9 again and hear that annoying constant beep....I will pick up and dispose of that oven on the front lawn. Lol. Took a pair of pliers and turned the lock clock wise till the light went out. Silence!

The oven blew a circuit and now keeps flashing F1. What can I do to fix it?

That means the control board on the range needs replaced. Simply find the model number on your oven and click on this link for Frigidaire Appliance Parts and I could give you a price and help over the phone to fix it.

F1 fault code Frigidaire electric range

Hi, you stated that you cooked a meal that produced some humidity inside the oven. this is the cause of the F-1 code. the humid conditions that were present at the time, caused the EOC(electronic Oven Control) to short. you will need to replace this control board at this time. it has failed.

Frigidaire during cleaning F1 error,

F1 means its your electronic control and it will probably cost you the same amount to get this problem fixed again. The part is usually $350 plus.
