I have a godraj 20E 08 SLGX MICROVIEW OVEN .Can you plz tell me can I bake in this if yes then how i preheat it for baking

The first wayout is to consider WARRANTY.If the microwave is under warranty return it to the point of purchase to enjoy warranty right.But if the microwave is not under warranty another wayout is needed.

Below is the solution on how to make our microwave heat food.

1 Remove oven racks and place them in soapy water to soak.

2 Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

3 Turn the oven off and spray the inside with oven cleaner.

4 Allow to sit for 10 minutes.

5 Wipe the cleaner and dirt away with a damp sponge, rinsing frequently.

6 Dry with a soft cloth.

An hour to go from room temperature to 200 degrees F (or even C for that matter) is unacceptable.

There is a problem with either a control, sensor or heating element. You should have this oven serviced to restore it to proper working order.

After jiggling the lower burn element the oven heated up in the normal time. Perhaps a connection had come loose.

I would first suspect the thermister (thermistor) or a low line voltage, weak control board relay etc.

But the service manuals will show you how to safely disassemble, test and repair the unit.
