My computer cant detect my iphone4 when its plugged in and it wont turn on or charge

Once you upgrade the firmware. You can not go back. To bring the phone back at least from black screen. You have to keep trying to reboot in dfu mode.I am assuming you jail broke your phone, so you might have to use that software to bring it back up with that.Good Luck

A blankscreen always a blank screen....when i turn my notebook on, it wont show anything...just a blank screen

Hi there,

Blank screen with a Blinking Cursor or just the Blank screen?
Which is your Operating system?
What Program Did You Install That You Weren't Supposed To?

That information might help us.
One note: I recently ran into something similar to your issue regarding the "Windows Logon".. There are a number of malware programs which will rename the critical "winlogon.exe" file to something else like "winlogon2.exe".. The malware then replaces the renamed file with a trojan also named "winlogon.exe". So the "bad" winlogon.exe is working as a trojan while still allowing the "good/real" winlogon.exe to sit beside it.. (The "good/real" file has an icon which looks like a blue window with a yellow half-moon inside so it's easy to identify.)

In my case, I used the XP Recovery Console to scan through the files in C:\Windows\System32 and find both the bad and the good versions of the file.. I deleted the bad file from the Recovery Console and renamed the good file back to its original/correct "winlogon.exe".. Rebooting the computer allowed it to load Windows so I could run antispyware scans and finish cleaning up the computer.

It might be worth checking..

Post back if it is not working we will be happy to help you.
Hope this helps.
Cheers!!!!

Clear a plasma monitor

I presume you have burned in an image from some source? Plasmas are very sensitive to burning in so be careful when hooking up a device that doesn't have pixel shift or dimming. Think about how a DVD player splash screen looks.

You will need some sort of source device that can give you WHITE and BLACK. If you have a VGA input on your plasma (more than likely) hook up a computer to it using the PC input and bring up PowerPoint. Bring up just a blank new presentation. Hit the F5 button or click on the tripod screen button. This will bring up the full display screen, which should be white. If not hit the "W" key on the keyboard. If the burned image shows up as a gray or black image, leave it on for a few minutes and then check it periodically.

f you don't see a burned image when in WHITE mode, hit the "B" key. This will bring up a BLACK screen. Check your screen again. Keep doing ot until the screen is clean. By the way, this will not completely remove all burned in images.

Problem with starting up me dellE153FP

Try turning on your computer and keep pressing F8 and it should bring you to a menu. Choose "safe mode" and see if you can get into safe mode. If you can get into safe mode and then go into system restore and choose a date back to when you computer was last working properly for you. If you can't get into safe mode and goes back to a black screen then your OS is corrupt and you'll need to wipe out the hard drive and restore you computer back to factory defaults.

Blank/Black Screen Asus PC 4G

When you first turn on the computer, start tapping the F8 key to bring up the safe mode screen. You have a very short window in which to press the F8 key before XP loads, so it is possible to miss it. If this happens, just restart it and try it again. Once you are on the safe mode screen, select the enable VGA mode. This will boot your computer to a default 640 x 480 resolution so you can change it back to normal.

Thanks and please don't forget to give this solution a fixya rating.
