When I open the top of my Epson TX210 printer, the head does not move, so i can't change the ink cartridge

Recent Epson printers does not move the head when you just open the cover - you need to go to the printer menu and select setup menu and then select replace cartridge. Click ok and the head will move to the changing position.

Opening The Printer cover, You can Identify a kind of Hole with a kind of Button, Check if that Button isen't kept pressed, if you don't hear any noise, But If there is a noise, check for an obstacle that prevent mechanically the heads holder from moving
