We have IBM x3200 m2, on which the orange led is on continuously....The thing is we have recently added new hdd to the server........... and from that point the light is in orange colour..

Create the CD using Roxio. Follow the direction within the program and option to make a CD with Boot Sector fortification. Establish to Boot format and save the data to the disc accordingly.
You can install the windows 7 on this server. But you cannot do it from the server guide since it will not contain. Try to install as normal method and check if the controller get detects . If it detects you can install it. Otherwise you need find the driver for it.
Only two ethernet ports onboard. You can configure or add cards as per your requirement...
