Power off the notebook, remove power cable and battery. Then try inserting a paper clip into the small hold in the CD drive to force eject the tray. Make sure you have powered off device and removed battery before you attempt.
Try to check if you have a small hole on the optical drive (cd / dvd drive). If you see a small hole, use a paper clip to manually eject the disc. Reloading the BIOS default settings of your computer can also help.
