Deleting songs i want to delet some songs on my MP3 but i can't find them in media player or with my computer

Windows Media Player is the program you will be using to delete files off your Sansa. To delete files from your mp3 player using Windows Media Player 10:

Deleting Songs Using Windows Media Player
Use Windows Media Player to view the songs that are stored on your mp3 player - best to view them in the "Sync" tab. Find the song that you want to delete, right-click the song, and select Delete (or left-click and press Delete on your keyboard). Voila!

You have to plug the mp3 player into the computer, double-click My Computer, double click on the icon of the GoGear, and then go into the Music folder - exercise caution: only delete music files - if you delete files that are non-music files, you will effectively destroy your GoGear.

Windows Media Player is more complex, but it is a safer way to delete songs:
