Fridge not freezing meats

I was writing a big note here before then hit the wrong button, it was just a bunch of jargon anyway. Yes it is the condenser fan motor causing your problems. Doesn't cool the refrigerant properly than nothing works. I would change the fan before it causes any damage to the compressor.

I have a side by side fridge freezer about 7 years old very noisy and will not get cold or freeze

If its not getting cold or freeze then this problem is related to weak compressor. The compressor is the part which controls the cooling of whole refrigerator. When the compressor gets weak, the cooling and freezing both will will get effected. The noise coming must be of compressor related parts, the relay the fan the motor. You can get required parts from www.repairclinic.com or from online sears part site. ------------- Thank you.

Fridge wont get cold or freeze mbut turns on

Sounds like it has a compressor issue or has had a gas leak so will need regassing. Call a service engineer.

Ice Maker inlet tube freezes up.

Try runnning a manual test of the defrost cycle, could be that you are not getting enough airflow to the frig side, while the frig side is calling for more cold. Becuase the frig side is calling for more cold, and not able to get there it is causing more airflow across the water tube.???

Side by side refrigerator- will not freeze or get cold

The main question is does the compressor at the back work or not. If it is running (constantly), then I'm afraid you need a replacement which is a service engineer job. If it never runs, then it is almost certainly the control system at fault. This will probably be a circuit board replacement to fix.
