Question about Dometic Rooftop RV Air Conditioner

My control panel went blank and my ac quit. i tried to reset it and now it has an EE code and won't reset!

Reset the power to the unit by breaker if you havent reset it that way, just being redundantly safe.
If that does not do it, sounds like the boards bad. Its prettty much power in and ? comes out.
In other words say the fan needs to be on and nothing is coming out on the terminals to the fan then the boards bad, this is of course after insuring any limits and safetys are closed and bypassed to test 1st.

try switching on tv point remote at the tv pressing the menu/exit button and holding for 10/20 seconds hope this works for you

I've owned it for about a year and have not had any trouble. But my Danby Kegerator just started beeping and flashing EE on the display one day and it won't cool. I had to unplug it. Any ideas

An EE error code means that you have loose connections (loose temperature sensor connections) check all the wires for a loose connection
temperature touch pad
the units main control board
the control board is in the back of the unit there is a panel covering in the middle lower back near the compressorInside your unit on the left side in the lower rear theres a vented piece of plastic pry that off thats the temperature sensor make sure all the connections are tight
If the error does not clear then your temperature sensor is faulty

I don't see the make and model number of your unit. I only see part of your post. Please post the make and model number. It should be a simple fix. From what I do see in your post, it sounds like the control board will need to be replaced.

its a 15 watt fuse in the kick panel under the dash. go to the auto repair store and buy a fuse kit so you can can always have spare fuses on hand. it also has a tester in it. my screen went blank as well and I, like you wasnt able to control the heat or air til I changes this fuse. I hope it works for you. best of luck!!!!!!!!

Wont turn on. EE on display

It's probably the control board inside the control panel. I had the same problem and it moisture shorted out the board. You can order a new one from Sears Parts for about $45
