Basically you have to find the nearest dealer to you and they should be able to tell you where the repair depot is and how much it will cost. If you go to

http://www.fujifilm.com/worldwide/

And locate the nearest place to you or contact Fuji using one of the contact email or phone numbers.

Having said all that I would caution you that the repair will not be cheap if they will do it. If the lens is broken due to a accidental drop etc then they classify it as user abuse and will not touch it. If the lens has mechanically failed ie the little motor went out then they will repair it. The problem is the repair may cost more than just buying a new camera. If you have any warranty and the problem was not your doing then you should be able to get it fixed with no problem. If you don't have warranty just look for a new camera price and then get Fuji to estimate the repair cost for you.

Can not get t3i to auto focus

If you are using a zoom lens and you can focus manually then the problem could be a broken ribbon connector. These are flexible to cope with keeping a connection as the lens zooms in and out. They do break after a time depending on the usage. It is a simple repair for a camera shop.

I have a fujifilm Finepix 2650 digital camera. I have run thru all its settings, even tried 'Manual' mode. But nothing makes any difference. It will auto focus inside when zoomed all the way, but...

Unfortunately it sounds like there is damage to the lens which is only fixable by replacing the lens assembly.

The labor involved plus the price of a used lens (a new one would only be possibly be available through Fuji directly if they will still repair the camera) would be far more than the value of the camera.

You can probably buy a used one on 3b@y for $30. (They don't pay me so I don't type their name)

Fujifilm camera say zoom error what do i do and how do i fix it , it is a FUJIFILM 10.2 mega pixels black digital camera

The non functioning of the camerazoom can be a fault in the failure of the Main control system or the drive. A simple was is to reset and we can try by removing the battery and card for some time. Now replace only the battery and while switching power ON, tap the lens hood on the palm of your hands so as to disengage any dirt or mechanism being struck.
Use some air to blow between the lens to dislodge any sand particles struck inside. Unless you are familiar with handling of small devices must the camera be opened. If so check the voltage on the motor drive, check the auto focus and Zoom drives, it must be free with manual movement. If jammed the motor can be removed and released. If none of these works then you can think of taking consensus with the service centre.
Get estimate before you decide. It will be good to have it checked at the authorised service as you do not have to run around for spares.

Have a fujifilm finepix s1000fd and when I use

Your cameras focus lens is probably stuck.
It operates via a long metal rod, a pin which follows a track in the side wall of the lens and a tensioned spring. one or more of these has probably jammed causing the focus lens not to move when you zoom.
Unfortunately for this camera, if you cannot free it by switching on/off, tapping the lens etc, you will have to strip the camera down to get at the lens unit. you will have to discharge the flash capacitor before desoldering the control board from the main board before removing to access the lens.
Recommend you find someone who knows about this or send to Fuji.

Fujifilm finepix a820 zoom error ... i turn the camera on and it wont focus... message on lcd screen is zoom error. it will not take picture and when i turn it off agan the zoom bit wont go back inside

Hi,
This problem is related to the malfunctioning of zoom motor, Two possibilities are there,
1- If company provides technical help on component leve in your regionl then zoom motor may replace.
2- If component level support is not available then LENS ASSEMBLY must be replaced.
Contact your nearest fuji service centre or contact any expert nearby for the specific part replacement.
    Thanks for using fixya.

Fujifilm E900 camera zoom does not function!

If the shutter and Zoom function both do not operate, you need to send the camera to an authorised repair center. Was the camerra exposed to salt/sea air? If so, you can take a soft rag and gently wipe around the lens area where it meets the body, remove the battery, reinstall the battery and try it. If not, send it in.

The lens will need to be removed, stripped and then re-assembled.
The drive for the zoom / focus has been dis-lodged or damaged

Focus error

The zoom and focus operate on screw thread drives. 1 of these has detatched resulting in "ZOOM ERROR" and locked the camera up. Dis-assemble lens and re-attach drive.

Finepix A400

If the "!ZOOM ERROR" message is displayed on the digital camera, switch the camera off and on again 2 or 3 times.
If this does not clear the error, take the camera to your nearest FUJIFILM Service Station for testing and repairs. Problem may caused by lens zooming gears stuck.
