3750 password not working. Screen says download needed no *go variable Called my provider & tried different pass codes. Did not work. How can I re-set unit?

If you want to unlock your Motorola Luge (Razr M) to be able use another network SIM card and your phone asks for an unlock code try e.g. these guys

If you need to unlock the screen usually the hard reset helps. There are instructions how to do it Motorola Luge Easy Hard Reset with Factory Reset

The password on most vx510's can be reset by pulling battery and clearing RAM. Reassemble, clear Tamper and password will reset to original password (1aa66831). But if the certificate has been changed, only your download provider can help you. Call Frank @ 775-338-6634

Press the F2 and F4 keys at the same time and it will then prompt you for a password. Enter 1alpha alpha 66831.

This takes you to the programming screens where your processor enters in their platform settings to perform the software download for your account. Without a valid download from your processor, the terminal will remain a blank slate.

You can try these codes 2211 or 3308 if they do not work you will need to reset the unit. You will need to unplug it for 45 minutes that will reset the TV to factory settings. Then the pass codes I provided should work.
