No lights on router means no power coming in. Check first if you have any loose ends on the power cord. Try plugging your router to another working power outlet as well. Sometimes, electronic equipments can operate much better if plugged in directly to power outlet than to a surge protector. If all of these doesn't work, then it must be a defective router now.

Turn everything off, modem, router and computer.

Turn on the modem first and wait for a solid data/connect light.

Turn on the router, give it two minutes.

Still if problem presists you need to reset the router ..

Push and release the “Reset” button.
The lights on the Router will momentarily flash.

HELLO

First, try to reset the router. Hold the reset button at the back of the router for 20 seconds then unplug the power. Make sure the modem is off as well. While the modem and router are off, double check your physical connection. Make sure the modem is plug into the Internet port of the router and your PC to port number 1. Power on the modem first, wait for the lights to go solid then power on the router. Check if the internet works fine.

Hope that helps.
