Display lights up normally a there is no indication of problem only abnormality is front panel has speaker/channel input indicators for each speaker. These indicators are flashing. User Manual says when letters flash on input indicators digital input has been interrupted. I have reset receiver and No Sound Condition remains.

hi,
You can't connect the pre out of your AVR to this sub woofer. Do one thing connect the frond left/ right channel speaker "B" out of harman kardon to the sub woofers left right speaker in put. you can connect the speaker out "A" to your normal left right speakers. Remember to switch Speaker "A" and "B" in ON position in your AVR. Also do one thing go to the speaker setup of AVR and switch OFF (slelect NONE) the sub woofer. This will disconnect the sub woofer pre our and the sub frequency will mix with frond left right channels.
ok
How is TV audio (from the cable box) getting into the Receiver? If digitally, you wouldn't be missing any one channel on a connection malfunction, you'd lose them all. If analog, swap the channels around to isolate the problem (and reconsider using digital).
Harman kardon amplifire are known for that.specially AVR 7000
but sometimes this comes from poor wiring and using a wire that will not conduct better sound. Remember your wiring is very important.you may think your wiring is currect, better to double check. even if your connection is ok and the wire you are using are not better to produce quality sound you will not get sound from every speaker.
