Sounds like you could be having a reading error with the disc, I recommend you try another CD if possible, if not you could download the torrent online, and use your own serial key (that way it isnt illegal, and you are able to play it without the CD)

you probably need to take out the spaces when entering the code. you usually need to enter the code exactly as you see it. note: it is not smart to share a install code on a public website so you should make sure that you can still use it.

update quick time, Java, and if you have windows vista or windows 7 and the game is for windows xp then right click on the game (if you can't access the game then right click on a shortcut and click find target) and click compatibility mode windows xp, also see if your graphics card is compatible with the game.

I also have Sim City 4 Deluxe edition, and the package came with 2 CDs. Which were, the download and installation CD, and the gameplay CD. Now if you put in the Game Play CD without putting the Download and Installation CD in first, then that message might come. And if not, then the Gmae Play CD might be damaged, you can try rubbing alcohal and blowing on the CD, but if that doesn't work, see if you still have a warranty and try replacing the CD.

I don't think the game allows online play with 2 same cd keys...
I'm not allowed to advise you to get another cd key from the net, because that is illegal.
I guess you will need another copy of the game to play multiplayer.

may be your cd/dvd rom is weak. replace the dvd rom.

The problem might be the computer is not communicating with the software program. You can try to use another software from a photo smart or kodak easy share.

The easiest way also go to a store get your pictures on a CD, then download from the CD to the computer.
