I-mate jasjam i dont know if you can help but i have a jasjam and its like its frozen it dosnt go pass the blue i-mate start up page and wont turn off its self i have to take the battery out i have tried to reset and hard reset when i do that a blue green red and white screen comes up with numbers that doesnt do anything else please help

format it and then try.else soft reset.or there mite b dust in ur sd card slot!

theres an option in the windows media player, just go to the settings option and search for the enhancements option or like that

Have you tried with another battery. If you have not got another battery then you have to find somebody who has.

You may connect your Imate to your pc or laptop by using USB cable. But you have to install first to your laptop or pc the Activesync for you to access and sync your pda. You may download the Activesync HERE

Hi rossei. this is jamie. I have had this problem for long time but now I tried some else which really worked for me, I hope this works for you too. Well to make it short, disconnect your i-mate jasjam's battry and take your sim card out from your i-mate jasjam and leave it for about 10 to 20 minutes then reconnect every thing back together. There you are, thats fixed now. Its not really 100% solution for this however it works on mine but I do this procedure all the time to get it working, Good luck
