A flashing red light ciran be a faulty power supply or one of the other boards in your television. If you are unfamiliar with electronic repair,it would be wise to seek the help of an experient technician.
Can you see any symbol when the red light flashes? or any message pops up on your computer? Since your problem's description isn't very specific, I am unable to assume myself. If cartridges are replaced with new ones and the problem persists, it's possible that there's paper jam or carriage jam or contacts on the printer is bad/dirty. While the machine is On, lift up the front access door and try moving the carriage manually. Please follow this LINK to clean the contacts.
Please post back with more specific details so that I can help you better. Good Luck.
If you still have warranty, then take it back and ask for a new one, or
for them to repair it. If not then it can be several things that are
wrong with it...
1) Digitiser is broken
Fix: take it to a repair shop and have them fit a new digitiser (seeing
as though the phone works every now and again, this doesn't seem
likely, but it is a possibility)
2) There is a loose cable
Fix: Take it to a repair shop and have them clean all the joints at
which the flex cables meet components. (this is a huge possibility this
would explain it working every now and again)
3) Phone software is corrupt
Fix: Take it to a repair shop and get them to put new software on it.
(This is also a likely contender, as the software may be corrupted
slightly and is registering the inputs correctly.)
Basically take it to a repair shop, explain the problem, and they will run suitable diagnostics on the phone.
It mean when your toner is near empty, then red light flashing.tow light is fixed or red mean toner cartridge is empty.must be replace toner cartridge. You buy a new cartridge and put in your printer then printer is OK.

Rulds2008 is probably right. I had the same problem, but have no TV repair shop near me. So since I have experience fixing computers, I decided to repair the TV myself. I initially repaired the Lamp, but the TV still flashed all three lights. Called Samsung and they told me that I might need to replace the ballast, but it would be best to bring it to a repair shop. The repair shop offered to come out and look at it for $150 or bring it in for $120, even though they were about 30 mins away. Ordered both parts on www.Samsungparts.com and got them in three days. Still had the three flashing lights. Took apart the entire TV (googled it on youtube) and vacuumed and dusted the TV and took apart the color wheel (about 20-30 mins). It was completed busted. Found out that if the color wheel is broken, it will not send a signal to the ballast to tell it to start up and power the lamp. So if you have replaced the lamp and/ or the ballast and it does not light up, it is more than likely that it is your color wheel (buy it on ebay or amazon, got it in three days versus a 3-4 week back order on company sites). Also, make sure the power switch on back is being pushed upwards and not downwards or the TV also will not start. Total parts cost me ($400) versus having someone else fix it and charge me double with labor and parts. TV is better than ever. Hope this helps.
hi....take it to a tech to check about the system control chip... the control chip would have gone bad... and they will replace u with a new chip..or else Try manually moving the head carriage back and forth a few times! Also check, if there isn't some piece of paper lodged inside, if yes try to remove it carefully!..
these are the possible solutions u can try out... thank u rate me
Possibility one : lens unit faulty and proper focus is not being achieved camera goes into error mode because of this and then it switches off to prevent further damage.( replace /repair lens unit )
Possibility two: shutter faulty . Lens delivers proper focus but when you try to take picture goes into error mode because shutter not coming on line or malfanctions. ( replace shutter only ).
