Stopped working Hi there, I've had this palm for over 2 years. Always worked fine. Then one day after it was being charged it never woke up.. I've changed the battery and it still didn't work. I've noted that the unit does not power on at all. It appears to be charging when attached to its base but it did does not power on. what do you think the problem may be due to? a short somewhere or a broken screen? Any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance..

I do not have a solution for you but if you cannot get it working I can use the case to repair my NX60, I think. I hope that you can get your unit fixed but if you cannot please let me know if you want to get rid of it. The best thing to do is to go to the free palm chat service they offer. I have used this and it worked good for me. Here is a link to the free chat service. I am trying to charge the battery. The charger is flashing a red light and the battery won't seem to charge. Placed it in the camera just in case, and it won't turn on.
Well, with my Nikon, the light flashes to show the battery is charging. It stays on when it's charged. My battery and spare battery are 2 years old and working fine. I'd say wait till it stops flashing...hour or 2 in my case, though I never let them run down all the way.

My hot sync was working fine and now it will not communicate... I have tried everything listed on your website but nothing seems to work please help
My Palm stopped syncing on both my work and home computer at the same time. I have been syncing fine with XP and USB. I found a thread where someone mentioned getting Palm to send you a Palm Reset Card. I called Palm and they didn't offer this solution, but I asked for the Palm Reset Card and it worked beautifully! They took my call and sent the Reset Card no charge. Unfortunately, nobody at Palm seems to know about this solution.
