Tv wont come on power button comes on for a few seconds then goes off if i hold the button it flashes a code of 19 i flash then nine after the pause does anyone have any idea what could be going on or could guide me in the right fix thank you for all your help and sugg clint
That flashing means that the sweep power supply didnt start up along with the main power supply. It could be a shorted horizontal output transistor or a bad flyback transformer. Youll need a service manual to scope out the horizontal drive and see why itsnot starting up or staying on. if your not a servicer then there are no real user serviceable parts inside so contact your local AUTHORIZED servicer as they will have all the right service manuals as well as acess to all the proper parts. Not that an unauthorized shop is a bad thing its just they the unauthorized usually are not aware of troubles that rca sends there peeps. Good Luck

I NEED THE SERVICE MANUAL TO IN TO THE SERVICE MODE OF D52W5B, PLEASE HELP ME.
My D52 (Mfg. in 2003) started just shutting off by itself and then turning back on again by itself a few seconds later about a week ago. Then a few days later, it just shut off by itself and stayed off until I turned it on again manually. Then it started taking longer and longer after it shut off by itself before I could turn it back on again. As of last night, it shut off after being on only 1/2 hour and when I tried to turn it on again, only green wispy "smoke like" images appeared for about 10 seconds before it turned off. Now it does that every time I try to turn it on. Can anybody please help?
when I turned on by remote the tv. It turns the led green and no picture it happen for about 20 sec and then shut off. Can you help me?
