How to use an eclipse MP3 player ... Unboxing The Eclipse Fit Clip MP3 Player and Testing It Out - Duration ...
Microsoft Windows 7 computer with an open USB port and iMesh installed
USB cable compatible with Eclipse MP3 players
Instructions
1
Plug a USB cable into the Eclipse MP3 player. Plug the other end of the USB cable into an open port on the Windows 7 computer.
2
Click the "Start" button on the Windows 7 desktop taskbar and click "Computer" in the menu that appears. Click the "Music" item located in the left pane of the "Computer" window that appears. Double-click on the "iMesh" folder. For Windows 7, XP and Vista. Recommended. Download Now.
3
Click the "Start" button on the Windows 7 taskbar and click "Computer" and then double-click on the "Removable disk" icon that represents the Eclipse MP3 player device. A window will appear displaying the contents of the Eclipse MP3 player storage area.
4
Right-click on a music file in the "iMesh" directory that has the "mp3" suffix, and click "Copy" in the menu that appears.
5
Right-click on empty space in the "Removable disk" window and click "Paste" to copy the music file to the Eclipse MP3 player device. Repeat for each file you wish to download to the Eclipse MP3 player.
To copy multiple music files at one time to the Eclipse MP3 player, press and hold the "Shift" key on the keyboard. Click once on each file you wish to copy. Right-click on one of the highlighted MP3 music files and click "Copy" in the menu that appears. Right-click on empty space in the Eclipse "Removable disk" window and click "Paste."
You do it through Windows Media Player after connecting the Eclipse to a PC. This is how it's described in a manual on the Eclipse site.
Connecting to a PC - Loading files
Using Windows Media Player (Note: you must use Windows Media Player 10 or later to use this feature.)
Open Windows Media Player and connect the player to a working USB port. Windows Media player will prompt you with a setup screen asking you to name the MP3 player.
Once you have named your MP3 player, select Finish, and your Windows Media Player will open to the Sync tab.
Try this. Turn your computer off. Plug in the mp3 via usb port with player in the on postion. Turn the computer back on. You should a large green battery symbol on the screen flashing left to right. Took me about 3 days of finally fiqure it out. Also try different USB ports if you have more than one. Good Luck
Hi bob88robert...
Go to the following webpage and download your FREE user manual for the CLD2BK.
Once you have it downloaded it will tell you all the operations of your MP3 player.

I had the same problem. I think most files that itunes uses are in a .m4a format. The eclipse mp3 player will need all the music files in an .mp3 format. The eclipse actually has a "software" folder that includes the "replay converter" that will convert these files for you - or you can download any number of freeware that will convert the files as well. Once I converted those files, my eclipse played everything. Prior to that - even though I had synced everything with my Windows Media player, I was getting the "No Files" message. Good Luck!
Use the manual at http://www.eclipsemp3.com/cl2bkmanual.pdf This is for the cl2d which is slightly different than the cld but the loading music part is the same.
