Help - I stupidly stuck a spoon in my juicer and now everything is jammed up. Is there a release somewhere?

May not be repairable if pusher is distorted or damaged. If jammed with a foreign body, need to carefully pry apart and clean out. Find a handy person and offer a fine juice meal.

just take a dull butter knife or end of a spoon and gently pry it up in 3 spots or so as you go around. then when it is clean just pop it back on and push it into place ;-)

did it get jammed? sometimes that happens when my kids feed the vegetables in way too fast...I open it up, clean out the jam, put it all back together and it works again. also if it is 'full' and won't take anymore produce it will jam too. hope that helps

it is jammed, or it is too full....stop, take apart, scoop out pulp, put back together and restart. go slow when juicing...too fast will jam it!

open the blade? you mean get it out for cleaning? just pop it out by putting a knife or back of a spoon under it and gently pry it up in a few places. works like a charm, been doing it for 5 yrs

yea you can usually find those manuals if you cant get one from the manufacture web site try just typeing it in to a search engine google, bing, yahoo etc. it may take you a while but if you look hard enough usually you can come up with something. I would type "KitchenAid KJE500 owners manual" into the search engine like a said it make take you sometime but everything is on the net somewhere.
