if you phone is less than a year old take it to car phone warehoue there will sort it out for free if not it will cost around 45pound ths pls rate

its a problem with ur Glex cable its the faulty part ion this case.

white screen?? but still your phone boots fine?can you still receive call or text msg? if soo, your only problem is the lcd of your phone,

but if your phone freeze on white screen and didn't continue to boot up, try reformatting it

by

key combination which is used to hard reset the phone (similar to #*7370). It is useful in some cases, for example when the phone cannot reboot.

The trick is
Switch off the phone.
Hold down the following three buttons: Green (call answer) button, * button, and ‘3′ button
While holding these buttons, press the power button and switch on the phone
When the message ‘Formatting’ appears on the screen, release all of the buttons...

but all your data will lost

It's a problem with the wiring that connects the upper part of the phone to its lower part when you slide it up. The wiring apparently gets damaged easily and you need to have it replaced, the wiring only, not the phone. This has also happened to me and I sent my phone to a certified Nokia Service Center. They replaced the faulty wiring but since my phone was still under warranty, they did not charge me anything. Hope your phone is still under warranty. Good luck.

i think ph internal phone memory is full, no space left even for bootup. For that u hv to format ur ph using *#7370# but b4 doing so plz NOTE U LL LOSE ALL UR DATA and remove memory card first.

There is problem in your display screen. Get it changed.

My friend has the same problem and she has had the phone for a while and its been through a lot ... i dont know if your phone is in good condition but i'd just take it to the phone store and tell them. You'll probably just get a new phone.
