Problems with Image on Polaroid DVD player

I have this model portable dvd player and the image on it comes out but upside down...can you please help.

Try moving thew screen to its down potsion because the switch that reverses the picture is not working. theres a small switch inside the piviot point inside so that when you move down the screen all the wat flat away from the player the screen is supose to reverse so it can be veiwed. Good Luck

Dvd plays upside down how to play normaly

To rotate the DVD screen display, hold down the MODE button or DISPLAY MODE button (depends on model) while a DVD is playing to turn the picture right-side up.

If you press and hold the mode button it will cycle through 4:3 , 16:9, after 16:9 it should flip over.

Image is UPSIDE DOWN! Polaroid PDM0722 DVD Player

My kids were pressing all the buttons on the dvd playing. The image flip and I was clueless on how to fix it. I held the mode button for a few seconds and it corrected the problem.

NK, you have a solder connection or wiring that has come loose or is poorly soldered.. Unless you're really good with electronics don't tackle this one yourself... It's probably not an expensive repair either. A reputable shop can have this one back and running in less than an hour... If you would like to research a good shop in your area goto: http://www.nesda.com/locator/state_search.php and enter your state and zip info. That site is the National Electronic Service Dealer's Assn. kinda like going to the AMA to find a good licensed doctor... Good luck Bill

Polaroid PDM-0725

To change the screen upside right again just hold down the mode button until the screen changes upside right again , pressing the mode button changes the aspect ratio of the screen.
