Phone help I accidently dropped my phone on the floor. I noticed a problem when my dad called and he couldn't hear me talking, even though I can hear him fine. It took four phone calls for him to finally hear me! Why is there such an inconsistency with the speaker? Is this able to be fixed?

You don't need a battery. but you may need a new mother board on the phone. It sounds as though you have a cracked board or the antenna has become lose on has little contact. Call the manufacturer for a replacement board or a new phone is needed . the phone can be repaired but they can be expensive to repair.
You can try to go into your setting and do a master reset, that will reset anything you may have accidently pressed but it sound like your speaker is blown.,Hopefully your phone is less than a year old, you can contact your cellular provider for warranty exchange
Please have your dad check his installation, does he has a fax machine or modem that is also connected to the same phone line. Have him check the connection to the Beamer unit, "line-in" has to connect and be the first device to the wall jack and "phone in" connected to the phone set he used to initiate or receive the video call. If this does not solve the problem, please email your phone number to [email protected] for help.
