I have an older M51 with a toggle switch on/off/on. It seem to be failing. So I replaced it with a standard on/off toggle switch. Now it works if you: 1. Turn it on (nothing happens) 2. Turn it off (all 3 lights turn of) 3. Turn it on (Now you can use the chair) Does this make any sense to you?

Yes it does.
The new switch is the problem. The old toggle had a momentary ON when turned on and a jumper wire on two of the three toggle contacts.

SOURCE: only 1 battery charges

The lights are working, the batteries aren't. Red indicates power to the charger, and it should be on all the time. Green indicates a full charge, usually. If one or both of the batteries are totally dead, then the charger can't "see" them, and you will get a green light, but you will have dead batteries.

All power chairs use sealed, deep-cycle batteries. Deep cycle batteries, are designed for slow amperage dischare over a long time period, unlike a car battery that throws out a lot of amperage for turning the motor over. That's called "cold-cranking amps", and you can load-test a car battery to see if it will throw out a ton of amps for long enough to start a car. There is NO load tester made, or possible for a deep-cycle battery. A load test requires a 24-hour time period, and a complicated formula.

So, your course is to get some fresh, gel-sealed-batteries. You will need type U-1. Specify, gel-sealed-batteries when you go to the battery shop. A fresh set should get the chair up to about 12-16 mile range, which would be about 3-4 hours running constantly at high speed. Good luck.

SOURCE: My wheelchair dose not move

The chair has two levers, one for each motor, that disengage it for freewheeling, or pushing the chair without power. These take it out of gear. Place the levers in the locked, gear-engaged position and it should go for you. Here's a link for the manual for your chair, and it will show you where the location is to place it in gear.http://www.invacare.com/doc_files/1125085J.pdf

We need the schematics, to also put toggle switch for starting

Fitting a toggle switch for starting used to be a budget method of overcoming starter switch and other problems on older cars but will not work where the standard ignition key contains a transponder.

You haven't provided enough detail for a good answer but wiring a (spring return type) toggle switch to operate the starter motor is relatively easy and requires only a battery live and a wire to the starter solenoid or to the coil of the starter relay if you wish to use a relay.
Mostly these wires can be extended from the existing harness to the new switch.

Where does the black wire on the valet switch for a older model viper 300 12p pin ongl with gray valet wire

Hello Jesse,
I am not sure what kind of a valet switch that you currently have for replacement, however all viper systems use a two wire connector, with one gray wire and one black wire and a blue connector on the end. All this does when you hit the switch is series, or connect the two wires. The brain reads the number of pulses that is receiving the specified timeframe and then completes the command based on the set number of pulses. This connector is a separate 2 pin connector from the 12 pin main harness. This will be located when looking at the 12 pin harness on the right side of the brain.

The Leviton page for Leviton 5613 does not have a troubleshoot.
Manual shows simple wiring diagram.
3-way switches will not operate lights if switches are wired incorrectly.
Check your ground wire is connected.
Leviton 5613 series is illuminated.
Check that both switches have 5613 number.
Swap switches and see if problem is inside switch.

make sure that the wires are tied into the battery, then you might( if all else fails) put a toggle switch in the manually run it. on older carvans the wires get very corroded so that could also be a problem

Most major manufactures use motherboard designed to their specs and upgrades to the processor are limited. You can use software such as Belarc Advisor, to determine what motherboard you have and then you can search the net to determine what processors are compatible with it.
