Hello community I have the VOIP via the Linksys router spa2102 R, the phone connection does not work for some weeks now, prior to which all was OK. I have tried to isolate the root cause, the broadband is OK, am able to browse, do video calls on skype, connect per VPN to Europe & perform my office works all OK. But this simple line connection both 1 & 2 does not work. Any definitive solution is much appreciated. Thanks, Narayan

from the cable modem or dsl connection, connect to WAN on the linksys device From PC port to the computer. you will have to make sure if all the port or opened. Normally DATAONE will not block any ports but its always adviceable to check if all the potrs are opened. you will have to put your mac code on the modem. If that does not work you might have to clone your device (information transfer from modem to your device) and you should be good to go...............
