Question about Ricoh Aficio CL2000N Laser Printer
Not sure if your printer is the same, but one ricoh I saw had an energy saving setting, that's meant to play with the warm up time of the heating roller. If you still have the manual and can find the access to such settings, you could try it with each one of the settings, to see if it fixes the problem. It's possible that with energy saving turned off your problem will be solved, which isn't a bad idea for a frequently used school machine. If it does solve it, you could ask the users to make sure the machine is turned off when it's not being used for a long period of time. Good luck
