Because there are no moving parts in thes units the only things which could cause the problem are either a drastic problem in the actual electronics or hopefully a problem with your power. If you unit takes an external power supply try it and if the problem goes away then it's your battery to blame. If it is the battery and it's built in check out the June 2006 issue of the Australian PC User. You can find it on line just do a Google. It gives instructions on how to swap the inbuilt battery yourself. BMW

How do I join two tracks that belong together?

Are you talking about playing the tracks back to back? If so, make sure that the tracks are in the same folder under "albums". Go to the tracks file property and make sure the track numbers are correct.

Creative zen sleek playlists

yes, go through the tracks that you want, and press the menu button, then select the add to selected option. Once you are finished with this, go to the now playing list, and select make playlist. It is alot easier if you connect it to your computer with the software though.

Seamless playing?

NO!!! unless you have special music software to cut out the second delay on the tracks themselves, (this software can cost alot of money, more than the mp3 itself and it takes ages to do it).
