Drive is functional -- I've played a movie DVD -- but neither Real nor WindowsMedia will recognize presence of any blank (DVD+R, DVD-R CD-R) for burning.
Sorry no solution, but why burn with mediaplayer/realplayer? you get better results with nero, or other burn dedicated software. Hope you work it out
