Hello, sounds like either your power cord/charger isn't working or your battery in your phone is bad. Try taking the battery out for at least 2 mins or more and put back in and try charging. If no of this works, and u bought the phone from straight talk, call cust support for straight talk or the manufacturer of the phone, they will walk you thru trouble shooting and get your phone fixed for you.

Ok, now I know your phone isn't loking up as i jamming, it is locking down. Do you have internet access on your phone? Have you talked with your internet provider. They can walk you thru it free.

here's a little trick you can try to find your phone.take a radio and put it up to the mouth piece of one of your other phones and turn it up loud. but not too loud. this phone should be on talk mode.walk thru each room of your house when it's quiet, and listen for the radio. if the phone is off the hook, you should hear the radio enough to find the phone.
