My computer (Macintosh, running OSX 10.4.6) does not recognize the Harmony Remote when I plug it in via the USB cable. Everything worked fine ~6 months ago when I first set the device up, but now that I'm trying to change the configuration I can't even get the computer to recognize that the remote is plugged in. Thoughts?
Check the batteries are OK Uninstall it's software, reboot and reinstall it. See if there's a return to default option in the software. You may have mucked things up when you tried changing the configuration. Sorry I can't give more advice I don't know the hardware at all. BMW
