Phone will turn itself of it carried in a pocket, jacket, shirt, jeans,etc. even with key lock engaged. eventually phone became difficult to turn back on and now can not be turned on. Checked battery voltage with multi meter; reads 3.74v. This phone as recently been repaired so module is new. I use Virgin Mobile. Whats wrong????
Check the battery terminals in the 'phone and make sure they are not 'pushed in' thus breaking contact with the battery and therefore swithching the phone off. You could try prising them out gently but be very carefull!
