I plug my omni 512mb mp3 player into my computer, which is running Windows 98, and nothing happens, and i cant put music on it because when i go into the My Computer folder, the drive "E:" isn't there, and thats the mp3 player drive which is meant to come up. I have installed all the drivers that came with the player, please help!
Your gonna need to install the proper drivers on your puter for your usb ports as thats why the puters not reconizing the unit. You should have gotten software for your puter when you got it or go into install new hard ware and install the windows default drivers for USB. Good Luck

You can plug in your u.s.b port and your mp3 should be able to download.LOL,LMAO,LMFAO,LMFFAO,ROTFLMAO!

I found that it was my USB cable was broken and that is why I was having the same problem! Please try another USB cable and see if it connects?

The file formatt needs converting to mp3 or WMA ive got the same kind of MP3 player and this happened to me it didnt go threw the converting stage it just downloaded straight onto the player.

mine wont recognise the driver program, and says it does not exsist
i have windows98 in my computer, when I connected to the player nothing comes up, but it says connected on the player.

cannot get computer to accept hardware, have tried everything but we keep going around in circles, wizard tried to install and fail, even got our local computer wizard in and he could not solve problem, keep getting message about drivers, I have been trying on and off since christmas and this is driving me insane
