TFX22ZR leaking water bottom of freezer door

It's been some months, but we have finally detected that the water is coming from inside the freezer. The back lower drain was frozen over. We've removed the ice and now will wait to see if it does it again. What is causing this water to appear since we have the water shut off to the icemaker since it's not working either?

we are experiencing exactly the same thing...we found ice at the bottom of the unit as well, and water seems to have filled the drain since I can splash water from hitting the top of the drain with my finger.

    BUT, we have a model# TFX27PF......

Your drain is plugged , take the cover off and air tank hose and blow out the drain , it is simply water build up and flows over to the bottom of freezer, its defrost water from coil , does'nt matter if you have water shut off

Water leaking into bottom of refrigerator section

Make sure you dry everything in the freezer when you have the door open and remove ice. It won't be a leak it will simply be the warm air inside the freezer that has turned into condensation. Double check the seal around the door to see if it curled up as that could be letting warm in and cold out giving same results.

Water leaking from under the freezer

Until defrosting the block of ice you canot see if is a hole or crack in the bottom. But I suppose is leaking from the door gasket under the pressure of the ice inside. Anyway, if you want to keep alife your refrigerator, better unplug it, defrosting and clean it before complete annihilation.

Water is leaking from the bottom in the front left side of side by side maytag. water line is ok not leaking. can't see where it is coming from.

the water for the dispenser (ice/water dispenser in the freezer door) comes from under the frige then up thru the bottom hinge of the freezer door .. it then goes inside the door up to the dispenser .. its a plastic hose and it has to twist near the hinge each time the door is opened .. thats where it usually breaks or develops a pin hole leak .. you can replace the whole hose or just the damaged section if that easier ... since the bottom freezer.hinge where that hose comes up thru, is at the position of your leak then i suspect thats your trouble ... ..also check the condensate pan to make sure its not full .. thats a flat pan under the fridge ..you can usually get acess to it by removing the front kick panel at the bottom of the frige .. if thats full then look for a door seal leak (damaged rubber seal) ... a broken seal or open door will allow moisture to condense inside the machine ..that runs down into the condensate pan where it normally evaporates .. but a problem (like open door) will fill it up to overflow in time ....

Side by side leaks out front door on freezer side

try checking the tube that water drains out , it could be plugged with crumbs or old partials of food and causing the problem, This has happened with my fridge at one time , affecting the defrost cycle of the freezer and dripping water out of the door, The tube was located under the crisper in the back of the inside of my fridge, Hope this solves your problem
