I just rediscovered my FLY Fusion pen and I finished downloading the fly world, algebra, Spanish translator pro, Writing, and Music pro applications. But when I went to see what was on the memory it said it was an unknown device and it will only let me make an admin account not to mention it says that the Security Certificate is expired or not yet active. I have tried to uninstall it and reinstall it and repair it over 10 times and I am not exaggerating. I am going insane trying to get it to work. Please help me.

I would call Leapfrog. The number is listed below. Advise them that your cd will not load. What kind of computer system are you using the operating system you are using because there should be a place where you should be able to select the location of the cd and load the cd. If not go ahead and call Leapfrog they should be able to give you some kind of assistance.
