Question about Hayward 1 12 Hp Super Swimming Pool Pump Sp2610x15

I have a Max-Flow pump SP2810X15 & Star Clear plus Filter C17502 My problem is that I don't have very much of an intake pressure and very little out flow pressure , is this pump big enough for the size of the filter or do I have some other problems...

The problem with sizing between a pump and a filter is if you have too big a pump it can damage the filter. The pump should more be sized according to size of the pool and therefore if the turnover rate is good enough. If you are getting adequate cleaning and chlorination with this pump then it is just fine. On the other hand you could have a problem with the system. The filter could be in need of cleaning, air could be getting into the suction, or the pump impeller could be plugged, etc.

13 is intake pressure sensor problem - check the intake, make sure wires are attached & all closed up properly before considering sensor replacement.

Sounds like you have a blocked oil pump. With the flow regulator fully open and no cage filter on the end of the oil intake hose its probably pulled through dirt and blocked the pump.

My pump is working for my spa only. when I turn it to pull the psi drops to zero and doesn't increase. nothing circulates to the pool. I cleaned and replaced filter.

I need to know what all the settings are like bacwash filter on the valve system

FILTER is the valve position when the system is in the normal filtering mode.
When you backwash the filter you first need to turn off the pump, place in BACKWASH position, and run the motor for 45 seconds (or until the backwash water is clear). Turn off pump and run in the FILTER position for 15 seconds. Repeat twice more.
The RINSE position is to clear any dirt in initial start-up cleaning, plus resetting filter bed after backwashing.
The WASTE position is for vacuuming directly to waste, lowering pool level, or draining the pool.
The CLOSED position is for shutting off all flow through the valve.
The RECIRCULATE position allows water to flow from the pump through the valve and directly to the pool.

You will probably only to use the FILTER, BACKWASH and maybe the RINSE valve position. The RINSE position is not as important as indicated by the fact that many backwash valves don't have a RINSE position.

Car died in front of house, would crank, but not start...fuel pump has been buzzing for a while so i assumed it went out, replaced pump & filter, sadly cant get it to start. checked all fuses, relays...

No pressure at fuel rail either mean a clog in the fuel lines or filter...or a failed or incorrectly installed pump. If you have voltage at the pump when you are cranking the engine over recheck pump and fuel filter. also try applying shop are to the fuel lines when disconnecting at pump and fuel rail to clear any clogs.

Is there power to the pump or is a breaker being tripped? Find out where, exactly, the power is out. It could be loose wiring in the conduit or a loose connection where it wires into the motor. Many things.

Pressure at about 10psi then drops to zero then back then drops to zero again. Sputter flow of water. Filters and filter baskets have been cleaned.

Try replacing or lubricating the seal on the basket lid. Pool pumps rely on a completely sealed system to work properly. If there is any air getting into the system on the suction side the pump will surge.

All pools and valves are different depending on pipe location, equiptment and where the plumber wanted to put them when it was installed. If you are comfused you should get a pool guy out to figgure it out an direct you on how to run the system.

Sounds high. Take cartridge out, put top back on and run. Check pressure. If cartridge is good, pressure should remain close to the same with or without it . If pressure drops way down replace cartridge.
