My computer doesn't recognize my sansa clip. I bought my sansa in Canada, but I'm live in Poland> So my Sansa can not conect with my computer. What can I do?

try going to "my computer" on your desktop and it should show an unkown device thats plugged into one of your drives

Won't recognize my mp3

I recently purchased the Sandisk e260 Mp3 player but my PC is not recognizing the mp3 player & i can't transfer my music to the mp3 player. I tried connecting to 3 different PCs & they all don't seem to recognize the mp3 player. any ideas what else i can try?

I couldn't get my e260 to work at all. Came to fixya and was able to reformat. Comes on now but can't get computer to recognize it and also will not let me set date and time. (time and battery level do not even show up on bottom of e260 screen). Help!

SanDisk Initializing

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

Problem with My SanDisk Sansa m230

try formatting your device then try to put mp3 files on it. check if it works. on your my computer right click you mp3 device ( it is usually a removable storage) then select format.
