Please help me..... I have formated using the code *#7370# and security code using 12345. Then after few minutes the phone re started automatically. After 1 minute, by mistake I swithched on the phone. But the phone cant get re-start and it shows following massage."Phone start-up failed.contact the retailer". How can I do the complete format. Please help me.

Try hard reset method

* phone must be fully charge to avoid interruption on formatting
* turn the phone OFF
* simultaneously long press * 3 and call key then power it ON
* If the phone switches ON,you may release the power ON key but continue pressing the three keys all the way until the phone completes the welcome opening.

If not pleae refer to the nearest mobile service centre.
