CV joints. Basically universal joints that spin at high revolutions to drive your front wheels. They wear over time on all front wheel & 4wd vehicles. The tell tale sign is the clicking when you turn the steering wheel.

go to your nearest vauxhall dealership and take your security card with your cars details. they will order you a new key and code it. if you do not have your security pass go to the dealership you bought it from and they should have the cars details

I have never seen this before. I can tell you that I have tweaked my operating system to run minimal startup items and I have never come across this before. I assume it is safe to disable/delete it since I dont see it after installing windows.

Let me know if ya need any more help with startup things. Ive spent alot of time on XP and Vista allowing XP to run on only 180MB ram. Also, make sure all your programs work fine after making startup / services changes.

You have a convergence problem.  Here are some of the most common symptoms. 
Screen looks 3D
One or more colors can't be adjusted when when using the convergence menu. 
Screen is bowed in but stationary.
Solution: 
You need to replace the convergence chips and convergence resistors.  Check the site www.TvRepairKits.com. They have put together a kit for your exact model. The kit inlcludes a photo instruction guide, original Sanyo STK chips, convergence resistors,  etc. Everything you need to fix it yourself.
