Incompatible printer i have windowsxp but my printer is BJC-3000,thus it is not incompatible.is there any way to fix this?any way of upgrading?thanking in advance

Hi, i have canon bjc 3000 printer, and it has stopped printing. Also, it is flashing 4 orange lights followed by a solid green light. please help me. thank you
4 times says the ink is empty or not installed.
It has a sensor that checks the ink tanks, if ink is full you may have a bad sensor, or a paper scrap covering.

Paper jam(Canon BJC 3000)
Try to open the printer cover and look for tiny paper shreds that might got stuck between the rollers. Also if your printer has a sensor, there could also be a tiny piece of paper blocking it, thus sensing a paper jam.

Canon bjc-3000 is not printing
Has the software for the printer been installed in your computer? Sorry if this sounds like a silly question, but I did the same thing, and it turned out I hadn't installed the software yet so it didn't recognize the printer.

Off Line Cannon Printer
Try the following start->settings->printers right click on cannon bjc 3000 and check for a tick mark on "use printer offiline". if the tick mark is there then click on the "use printer offiline", then try a test page. hope this helps
