To whom it may concern,
Contact Dish Network customer service and make them aware that you have misplaced your remote control for TV2, make sure they're readily aware that it is for TV2 and NOT TV1.
Once the remote makes it to your home, you will program it with the following steps.
1. Load the batteries into the remote.
2. Point the remote at the television that you'd like it to work the volume/power for.
3. Press and hold the small "tv" button at the top of the remote until all the lights at the top start flashing.
4. Press the small red power button once.
5. Slowly press down on the directional pad, over and over until the television turns itself off.
6. Press the # key at the bottom of the remote. The tv button will flash red 3 times, locking in your code.
7. Press the red power button on the remote to ensure that the remote has successfully programmed itself to your television.
YOU ARE NOT DONE.
The remote is now only set up to control the power and volume of the television you've linked it to. It is NOT linked to your Dish receiver, therefore it will not control your satellite services. You will now need to go to the location where the Dish Network receiver is located.
On the TV 1 REMOTE, press menu two times.
Now, USING THE TV 2 remote,
1. Press and hold the "Sat" button until all the keys light up.
2. Press "13" onto the keypad
3. Press # at the bottom right of the remote.
4. Press the red record button in the middle of the remote.
Your remote is now set up on RF, linked to your Dish receiver, and programmed to your desired television.
Best of wishes,
Dish guy

Hi there my name is Kimberly Escobar with DISH Network Customer Support. I understand you need the codes to program a DISH Network remote model 3.0 to an LG T.V. Some of the codes we have are 678, 506, 520,123, 000, 512, and 213. To integrate the code into the remote you would need to press and hold the clear T.V button at the top until all the other top buttons light up in red, then once you see them light up you would need to enter one of your codes followed by the pound key (#) for example if you choose code 678 it would be 678#. After you press pound the T.V button will flash in red 3 times after that try the remote and make sure it functions with your T.V. I hope this is helpful to you. You can also view this link http://www.dishnetwork.com/SupportSection/power-scan-instructions which contains information on how to program your remote to your T.V using a different procedure. If you have any additional questions or concerns please feel free to contact us directly at 1800-333-DISH thank you.
