Excess moisture can be caused by a leaky door gasket or lack of circulation between the freezer and fridge. Make sure fan freezer is working and that the damper between the freezer and fridge is open.

I have a Whirlpool fridge that needs a new water filter. Twice now, when I remove the filter to change it, water gushes out even though the ice maker is OFF. I quickly turn off the water line and mop

The Whirlpool fridge requires a water supply connection to a cold water line. Before you connect the water supply to the water line on the fridge, make certain the unit is unplugged from the wall. Press the button and drop down the cover. Then twist to release the old filter and twist the new one into the filter head. Run about 2 gallons of water through dispenser to remove any air from the lines. Liquid EPDM Rubber Roof Coatings for Roof Leaks Repair EPDMCoatings

the only way to tell is by dropping the interior roof lining down to see if the captive nuts(that hold the bars)are fitted.if not NO WAY.(means a new roof with all that entails.....)reminds me of a lady when asked what they are for she replied "stops the roof getting scratched when you turn the car over"

My frige stays warm all the time it is a Hotpoint

evaporator coils are iced up on the freezer side. either take everything out of the fridge and unplug it and let it sit for a day to defrost, or remove the inside rear panel where there is frost and (with the fridge off) use warm water sprayed on the ice to defrost it (or use a hair dryer, but just until the ice is melted. do not overheat the metal). soak up the excess water (underneath the fridge, too), and turn it on empty. let it run empty for a day to get it cold, then put the stuff back in. if the stuff is in there when it's warm, the humidity will ice up the coils again.

It would be better to replace the camera.

But here are some things that couldn't hurt.

1.Remove battery get some rubbing alcohol 90pcnt if possible. (not the green stuff)
2.) Batteries may be shot
3.) Soak entire camera in rubbing alcohol
to disipate the water. soak for about 10 minutes

4.) remove from alcohol then let dry for a day or 2 blow dry first to get most of alcohol dry then pack in silica gel (stuff that comes in little packets in shoes and leather jackets

HOPE For the best.. or buy a new camera

DRAIN BLOCKED WITH ICE

It sounds like you need to install a drain heater. Sometimes these are available as a kit from a parts dealer, and sometimes you can just take a piece of bare solid copper or aluminium wire and put it a little ways down the drain, then wrap the other end around the defrost heater, so that when the fridge goes into self defrost, it keeps the drain warm so it does not freeze. The better way to do this repair though is to see if a drain heater is available for you model as a direct fit part. The other way is only to be used as a last resort. Good Luck!
