Remove the back wall panel on the freezer. After removing, you will see the drain hole for the freezer. Look to make sure it did not ice up and that no debris has clogged it up.
The most possible reason is the spout drain tube and the drain tube are goggle with something including a peace of ice and the water produce from defrost it can pass thought spout or tube or it can ran freely and overflow in the fridge thus the dripping. The drain spout is no 25 and drain tube no 23 at the parts diagram of your fridge. So you can clean the spout and the tube using a long wire so the defrost water end on the drain pan over the compressor at the back of the fridge.
There should be exceed ice build up if the tube was blocked from ice as you said so there will be some drip from other places too. Also you you check the leveling of the fridge so the melting water to end up in the center back of the fridge many times a small change in leveling can cause the problem you describe.

Hello friend, I appreciate your post!
I see you are asking about a Frigidaire washer leaking but your question is labeled under refrigerators. If your washer is leaking it could be a problem within your motor, water valve, drain pump, or seal inside your washer. If you are speaking about a refrigerator it could be an issue within your water valve, water filter, or an air leak causing condensation.
I would recommend having a professional come out to the home for a proper diagnose and repair. I hope this is helpful. -Matt

I had already found ice and cleared the tube. Water is making it to the drip pan slowly. It is still dripping a very slow drip from the plastic enclosed wire that runs from the thermostat to the back of refrigerator. Specifically it is dripping from a plastic anchor holding the wire. I am find water on the top left shelf because if this.
do you mean the entire wall panel or the area where the temperature control is for the freezer?
I removed the back panel and all I saw was a small amount of ice on the coils. I replaced everything as it was. Could the small amount of build up on the freezer coils indcate the problem? If so how do I fix it?
take off the part where the light bulb is its 4- 1/4 hex bolts clean the drain at the end of it mine was plugged
