The number printed on the flyback transformer is also the part no. for details u have to mention model no., also the number printed on flyback T/F
If you are ordering from Samsung the model of the set is sufficient to identify. The part number is normally stamped on lower base of the LOT and so if you can wipe and clean the LOT it will be available. If not remove- if confirmed- and the spare parts shop will be able to easily identify the part type for replacement spare.

The wires don't come off the flyback. You have to take the front cover off where the speakers are. Trace them and unplug them.
