I have a Samsung ML-1630W. It was working fine yesterday. Today it started making horrendous noises like plastic hitting plastic or plastic jamming against each other. Is it a problem with the rollers or other hardware. It will not print anything. The noise is very loud.

SOURCE: Jamming, roller lines and loud fan

You'll want to purchase the service manual for this printer if you do not already have one. Obviously the fan is the most annoying problem. But the jamming, the roller marks, and other issues would indicate that the entire printer is probably needing to be cleaned out and that the rollers may even need to be reconditioned or replaced.

SOURCE: VERY LOUD NOISE WHEN PRINTING WITH MY SAMSUNG CLP-300

You all say that the toner cartridge is okay, so it could be the hole OPC Image Drum or the ITB which is the tranfer Belt.
The Tranfer Belt is behind the Image Unit.

SOURCE: Why Samsung CLP-300 Printer making annoying/loud clicking noises?

So try to get the black toner cartridge out of the Machine. On zhe backside of the Cardridge is a gear. Try to turn the gear, maybe the Toner inside is clump together. When you can turn it very easy in both directions it's fine.

New printer from samsung model 1630 mono laser. There was no connecting cable to the computer. Been told it's wireless. Why no printing.

On a clearing note: the ML-1630 is not wireless, the ML-1630W is. If you purchased the first model, you need the USB cable which is not included in the box, a popular conduct within manufacturers.

Now if you actually have the ML-1630W, know that your printer has wireless connectivity, but your computer must also have similar connectivity. For a new portable or notebook computer it is a common thing, but for desktop computers it is an optional accessory.

Should you have a wireless computer, the connection procedire is easily explained in the installation brochure included with the printer.

Be blessed.

Samsung ML 2510 printer won't feed paper

I have experienced the same problem . . . a little earlier this evening. I took all the inner components out, took apart the toner cartridge, I thought that the gearing was very hard to turn on it and on the inside of printer, paper feeding etc... and that is wear the loud noise is coming from. Out of desparation, I shook it to hear if anything internally was loose and there was and still is, I would not say its the best solution or by any means a permanent but you may be able to dislodge the debris from the gearing and be able to print. After it was dislodged from my printers gearing it has worked again. Though I believe it's temporary. I am looking for a guide or how-to on opening the printer casing to physically remove the debris. If you know of a guide let me know and I am sure it would help you too.
