I have CFM Inc. Insta-Flame Model DV32RN, a natural gas fireplace. Now is not working and would like to hire an technician nearby by house to get it fixed. My house is in Bethlehem, PA 18017 USA area. Pls help to identify nearby expert with CFM parts available to come to my house to get my fireplace fixed.

The Insta-Flame burner was a product of Majestic Fireplace/Vermont Castings, which went bankrupt and is no longer in business. However, Monessen Hearth, bought the gas fireplace and gas log part of the business. But, their new model numbers don't match up yours. If you could provide me with how old your fireplace is , the full Model Number and Serial Number. I may can help you.

Please advise.

Please contact the manufacturer directly to see if you can order the correct parts for your specific model Also check if the conversion has to be done by a licensed gas fitter, for safety reasons.

sounds as though you need to get the thermocouple(copper wire that sits in the pilot flame) replaced, check first to make sure it is tight at the gas valve end, as they can loosen over time due to expansion and contraction.
