Go to nearest laptop repairing center and say to him that refix the CMOS battery situated in motherboard then this will reset all the settings. Then u can open your desktop. If u can refix then do it. Best of luck.
Don't worry. It's a simple procedure. When u start up the computer, press ctrl+alt+delete twice. Then in the password box that appears, type administrator in the username and hit enter. Once you are in the administrator account, hit start, then control panel, then users then your account. Now change the password. You will only lose your msn or saved passwords for sites that you have.
