When i connected my n95 to my laptop with OS windows 7, my phone is not recognized even if i already have nokia pc suite

I would check the phone and cable on another pc preferably one with vista or xp. It should detect it without having to install anything.

One of the annoying issues with 7 is drivers and devices not being recognized even with correct versions etc. If you find the phone and cable are ok try getting a newer version of the suite. They may have updated the driver so a newer version works. Not much of a fix for you but this is a common issue and a rather annoying one.
