Why is my fujitsu split system beeping when it is turned od and the circuit breaker is turned off

Tell us what model you are working on. The 9k and 12k units often just run on a single 115 volt power line while the larger 15k and up capacity units run on 220 volts. For the indoor unit to turn on means it is still getting some power. My guess is you have only turned off one of the two breakers that feed the outdoor unit 220 volts. You really have not completely turned off the power. Your breaker should have a connected double throw breaker. If you do have a double connected breaker and they both are "off" I would suspect you have a failed breaker that is still feeding power to the outdoor unit. If you don't know, the indoor unit gets its power from the outdoor unit.

Would throwing the circuit breaker help? IS there another way to reset?

Hello - Try resetting the dishwasher by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and if it proves to be ineffective contact a professional to move forward accurately. Unit could possibly be experiencing a communication issue with the control panel or wiring failure which would need further diagnosing.

Cuisinart juice sqeezer throws circuit breaker

Is this a new juicer, have you used this before without the circuit failure?
Most circuits in the house will be are 15 amp breakers. If the appliance has a high amp load then this can cause it to switch the breaker turning on or off.(due to to voltage spikes) I have a waffle iron that does the same thing if my refrigerator cycles while the iron is on.
There are a few things that could cause this. But before anything else I would try the juicer in a different plug that is on a different circuit, like the living room for example. If that works well then I would start looking at you may need to replace the circuit breaker, they do go bad.

Here's a link to a service manual, with step by step tests to determine whats wrong. I'm thinking compressor shot, but this should confirm, and or help you determine for yourself. Be careful with those capacitors eh !! Read warning in service manual.

Why does it keep on throwing the breaker?

Hi, the reason this unit, any unit, is tripping breaker, blowing fuses, is that you have a short circuit, somewhere in the unit, between the Phase Wire and Neutral/Earth.
Usually this is on the main PCB, but in reality, it maybe anywhere within the unit.
With a problem such as this it is nearly impossible to tell exactly where the problem lies, without performing the troubleshooting steps, accordingly i have given you a link below to download your Service and repair manual, also i have included a DIY help site as well.

Happy to assist,

HOW MANY BTU IS THE AIR CONDITIONER?
And is it 110 or 220 line!

If it is using 110 or 115 volts like normal house current and it throws circuit breakers in your electric box, then you need to run a dedicated line just for the Air Conditioner!
Usually this happens to 110 -115 volt air-conditioners that are more than 12,000 BTU and do not have a dedicated electric line in the wall only for the air conditioner!

New air conditioners have a circuit breaker built into the units plug!
And I have seen some that throw that breaker to off frequently even if it's only an electric surge! Which it should not do!
if its the case and it's new, take it back to the store and ask for a different model, size, or brand!
Fedders had an 18,000 BTU/ 110-115 volt unit that did this with every single unit last year! I stopped selling that unit only!!

Unit comes on, then throws breaker

Fan should start at the same time as the compressor. If the fan is not running the pressure could build in the system and cause the breaker to trip. Your fan motor may need replacement, or lubricated if it is not a permanently lubricated motor bearing type. Oil ports will be located on the fan motor for front and rear bearings . There may be a dirt plug in the oil ports.

Breaker keeps throwing

jhweis80 Why do you think the problem is the dryer? The circuit breaker itself could be bad and this is what I will check first. Probably you need a professional electrician to do it for you. Gendos post back...
