Model no. 828fi (800f series)

Everything seems ok but: the vedio is progressively stretched towards the top , seems ok in the middle, and squashed progressively towards the bottom. this monitor does not vr for this adjustment. what could be the cause. could not detect any faulty component. (sorry techman i quoted wrong model previously_m570) william

There is a vert height control on the main board somewhere as sometimes look in the back of the back cover after you take off the back and see if they put a diagram of sorts in there . Good Luck

    oh never mind mman about the vert height control as I didnt read carefully your complaint. Your problm is for sure a bad cap in the vert drive curcuit . What one is bad??? Youll have to swap them pot or get a cap checker and check them out of curcuit too>
